Idaho Code § 3-102 — Oath.
TITLE 3 ATTORNEYS AND COUNSELORS AT LAW CHAPTER 1 ADMISSION TO PRACTICE 3-102. Oath. Every person, before receiving license to practice law, shall take the oath prescribed by law.
