Idaho Code § 28-52-101 — Short Title.
TITLE 28 COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS CHAPTER 52 CREDIT REPORT PROTECTION ACT 28-52-101. Short title. This chapter shall be known and cited as the "Credit Report Protection Act."
