Idaho Code § 27-424 — Act Inapplicable To Certain Cemeteries.
TITLE 27 CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIUMS CHAPTER 4 ENDOWMENT CARE CEMETERY ACT 27-424. Act inapplicable to certain cemeteries. The provisions of this act shall not apply to any municipal cemetery district, state or federal cemetery.
