Idaho Code § 27-416 — Rules And Regulations.
TITLE 27 CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIUMS CHAPTER 4 ENDOWMENT CARE CEMETERY ACT 27-416. Rules and regulations. The administrator may establish, adopt and promulgate necessary rules and regulations for the administration and enforcement of this chapter, and the laws subject to his jurisdiction, and prescribe the form of statements and reports provided for in this chapter.
