Idaho Code § 27-107 — Election — Qualification Of Electors — Canvass.

TITLE 27 CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIUMS CHAPTER 1 CEMETERY MAINTENANCE DISTRICT LAW 27-107. Election — Qualification of electors — Canvass. Such election shall be conducted in accordance with chapter 12 and chapter 14, title 34 , Idaho Code. The board of county commissioners shall establish as many election precincts within such proposed cemetery maintenance district as may be necessary, and define the boundaries thereof. The county clerk shall appoint judges of election, who shall perform the duties as judges of election under the provisions of title 34 , Idaho Code; and the result of such election shall be certified, and canvassed and declared by the board of county commissioners.
