Idaho Code § 26-305 — Responsibilities Of Bank.
TITLE 26 BANKS AND BANKING CHAPTER 3 BANK BRANCHES 26-305. Responsibilities of bank. Any bank establishing a loan production office or mobile or temporary facility shall be responsible for all transactions of the loan production office or mobile or temporary facility, and for keeping accounts and books covering all business transactions of the loan production office or mobile or temporary facility.
