Idaho Code § 26-2927 — Severability.

TITLE 26 BANKS AND BANKING CHAPTER 29 MONEY TRANSMISSION 26-2927. Severability. Should any provision, sentence, clause, section or part of this act for any reason be held unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, such unconstitutionality, illegality, or invalidity shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, sections or parts of this act. It is hereby declared to be the intention of this legislature that this act would have been adopted had such unconstitutional, illegal or invalid sentence, clause, section or part thereof not been included herein.
