Idaho Code § 26-2613 — Banks As “Issuing Public Corporations.”
TITLE 26 BANKS AND BANKING CHAPTER 26 IDAHO INTERSTATE BANKING ACT 26-2613. Banks as "issuing public corporations." Notwithstanding any other provision of law, banks chartered by the state of Idaho and bank holding companies as defined in section 26-501 , Idaho Code, shall be considered "issuing public corporations" as used in chapters 16 and 17, title 30 , Idaho Code.
