Idaho Code § 26-2247 — Institution Of Criminal Proceedings.
TITLE 26 BANKS AND BANKING CHAPTER 22 COLLECTION AGENCIES 26-2247. Institution of criminal proceedings. The director may refer such evidence as may be available concerning violations of this act or of any rule or order hereunder to the attorney general or the proper prosecuting attorney, either of whom may in his discretion, with or without such a reference, institute appropriate criminal proceedings under this act.
