Idaho Code § 26-2137 — False Reports.

TITLE 26 BANKS AND BANKING CHAPTER 21 IDAHO CREDIT UNION ACT 26-2137. False reports. Any person, firm, corporation, or association which maliciously and knowingly spreads false reports about the management or finances of any credit union shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
