Idaho Code § 26-2103 — Supplementary General Principles Of Law Applicable.

TITLE 26 BANKS AND BANKING CHAPTER 21 IDAHO CREDIT UNION ACT 26-2103. Supplementary general principles of law applicable. Unless displaced by the particular provisions of this chapter, the Uniform Commercial Code, the Uniform Consumer Credit Code, the Idaho Securities Act, the corporation laws of this state and the principles of law and equity, including the law relative to capacity to contract, principal and agent, estoppel, fraud, misrepresentation, duress, coercion, mistake, bankruptcy, or other validating or invalidating cause supplement its provisions.
