Idaho Code § 26-201 — General Corporation Laws Applicable.

TITLE 26 BANKS AND BANKING CHAPTER 2 ORGANIZATION AND CORPORATION POWERS OF BANKS 26-201. General corporation laws applicable. Except as otherwise provided herein, the general business corporation laws of this state shall apply to all corporations organized and operating under the bank act. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the bank act and the provisions of the general business corporation laws, the laws governing limited liability companies, partnerships and other business associations and entities, or the laws governing entity mergers, acquisitions, conversions, domestications, interest exchanges and divisions, the bank act shall control.
