Idaho Code § 26-1805 — Prohibitions.
TITLE 26 BANKS AND BANKING CHAPTER 18 SAVINGS BANKS 26-1805. Prohibitions. Unless chartered under this act or federal law, it shall be unlawful for any person in this state to use in connection with a business name the term "savings bank" or words of similar import that lead the public reasonably to believe that the business so conducted is that of a savings bank.
