Idaho Code § 25-805 — Prerequisite Qualifications Of Applicants For License.

TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 8 ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS — LICENSE TO PRACTICE 25-805. Prerequisite qualifications of applicants for license. Every applicant for a license to practice artificial insemination as in this act defined shall be a person of good moral character and a graduate of a course on artificial insemination and sanitation, or of an equivalent course, as defined and approved by the division of animal industries.
