Idaho Code § 25-614 — Indemnity Payments Restricted.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 6 BANG’S DISEASE 25-614. Indemnity payments restricted. No indemnity shall be paid to any owner of cattle or other animals for any positive reacting cattle or other animals unless such cattle or other animals are native Idaho cattle or other animals or have been imported in compliance with existing Idaho rules and regulations.
