Idaho Code § 25-3121 — Violation Of This Chapter — Misdemeanor — Fines.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 31 DAIRY PRODUCTS — MARKETING 25-3121. Violation of this chapter — Misdemeanor — Fines. Any person who shall violate or aid in the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300) or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both. Fines collected for violation of this chapter shall be paid into the Idaho dairy products commission fund.
