Idaho Code § 25-3114 — Appointment Of Director — Duties — Salary.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 31 DAIRY PRODUCTS — MARKETING 25-3114. Appointment of director — duties — Salary. The commission shall appoint a director who shall devote full time to the administration of this chapter. He shall proceed immediately to prepare the plans and general program necessary and adequate to carry out the policies that are adopted by the commission. The director shall be paid a reasonable salary fixed by the commission, commensurate with his duties, and all necessary expenses.
