Idaho Code § 25-306 — Violation Of Rules And Regulations.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 3 TUBERCULOSIS FREE AREAS 25-306. Violation of rules and regulations. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this act or any rules and regulations made under and pursuant to the terms of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100), nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each offense.
