Idaho Code § 25-2912 — Failure Or Refusal To Pay Assessment.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 29 BEEF PROMOTION 25-2912. Failure or refusal to pay assessment. The assessment levied by this chapter is mandatory; and failure or refusal to pay the same shall constitute a misdemeanor.
