Idaho Code § 25-2902 — Members — Qualifications.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 29 BEEF PROMOTION 25-2902. Members — Qualifications. Each member of the council shall be a citizen of the United States and a bona fide resident of this state, a member of the organization which has recommended his appointment to the governor, and shall derive a substantial portion of his income from the production or business which he represents upon the council. The qualifications of each member shall remain in effect during his entire term of office or his office shall be declared vacant by the governor. The governor shall have the power to remove any council member at will.
