Idaho Code § 25-2717 — Use Of Funds Received.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 27 IDAHO COMMERCIAL FEED LAW 25-2717. Use of funds received. All moneys received by the director from the enforcement of this chapter including, but not limited to, registration of feeds or feed ingredients, inspection fees and moneys collected for violation(s) of this chapter or rules promulgated under this chapter, shall be paid into the state treasury and placed in the "commercial feed and fertilizer fund." Moneys in the commercial feed and fertilizer fund are continuously appropriated for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
