Idaho Code § 25-2609 — Poisoned Baits.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 26 EXTERMINATION OF WILD ANIMALS AND PESTS IN COUNTIES 25-2609. Poisoned baits. All poisons, poisoned baits prepared and distributed under authority of the board of county commissioners shall be placed in containers plainly labeled to show the character and purpose of the contents thereof.
