Idaho Code § 25-2403 — Notice Of Hearing Petition.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 24 HERD DISTRICTS 25-2403. Notice of hearing petition. It shall be the duty of the board of county commissioners, after such petition has been filed, to set a date for hearing said petition, notice of which hearing shall be given by posting notices thereof in three (3) conspicuous places in the proposed herd district, and by publication for two (2) weeks previous to said hearing in a newspaper published in the county nearest the proposed herd district.
