Idaho Code § 25-231 — Separability.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 2 INSPECTION AND SUPPRESSION OF DISEASES AMONG LIVESTOCK 25-231. Separability. If any part or section of this chapter be decided by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the chapter as a whole, or any part thereof which can be given effect without the part so decided to be unconstitutional.
