Idaho Code § 25-230 — Penalty For Violation Of Regulations.

TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 2 INSPECTION AND SUPPRESSION OF DISEASES AMONG LIVESTOCK 25-230. Penalty for violation of regulations. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $5000 for each offense.
