Idaho Code § 25-226 — Swine — Treatment By Federal And State Agents.

TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 2 INSPECTION AND SUPPRESSION OF DISEASES AMONG LIVESTOCK 25-226. Swine — Treatment by federal and state agents. The representatives of the division or the inspectors or agents of the United States bureau of animal industry shall be authorized and empowered to treat any swine affected or infected with or exposed to hog cholera or any other contagious, infectious or communicable disease with antihog cholera serum or virus or to disinfect or otherwise treat such swine within this state in accordance with the rules and regulations of the division.
