Idaho Code § 25-219 — Punishment For Violation Of Rules And Regulations.

TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 2 INSPECTION AND SUPPRESSION OF DISEASES AMONG LIVESTOCK 25-219. Punishment for violation of rules and regulations. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter or any of the rules and regulations made and in force and effect by the department of agriculture or division of animal industries of the state of Idaho, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each offense, or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six (6) months.
