Idaho Code § 25-214 — Unlawful To Bring Infected Animals Into State.

TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 2 INSPECTION AND SUPPRESSION OF DISEASES AMONG LIVESTOCK 25-214. Unlawful to bring infected animals into state. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation or its agents or employees to bring or cause to be brought in any manner whatsoever into this state any animal affected or infected with any contagious, infectious or communicable disease.
