Idaho Code § 25-2113 — Penalty For Ranging Stock In Towns.

TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 21 ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE 25-2113. Penalty for ranging stock in towns. Any person or persons, or the agent or employee of such person or persons, violating the provisions of the last section, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in a sum of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
