Idaho Code § 25-2108 — Stallions Not Permitted To Run At Large.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 21 ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE 25-2108. Stallions not permitted to run at large. The owner of any stallion over the age of eighteen (18) months must not allow the same to run at large, unless it is of the market cash value of $250, or more, and is at such value assessed.
