Idaho Code § 25-203 — Division Of Animal Industries — Rules And Regulations.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 2 INSPECTION AND SUPPRESSION OF DISEASES AMONG LIVESTOCK 25-203. Division of animal industries — Rules and regulations. The division shall be authorized and empowered to make, promulgate and enforce general and reasonable rules and regulations not inconsistent with law for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. A violation of such rules and regulations shall constitute a misdemeanor.
