Idaho Code § 25-1735 — Licensed Weighmaster.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 17 LIVESTOCK MARKETS 25-1735. Licensed weighmaster. No market charter or renewal charter to establish or operate any public livestock market within the state of Idaho shall be issued nor shall any duly licensed public livestock market within this state continue to operate unless the livestock handled by said public livestock market shall be weighed by a licensed weighmaster.
