Idaho Code § 25-1731 — Records Of Charter Holder.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 17 LIVESTOCK MARKETS 25-1731. Records of charter holder. Every market charter holder under this act shall keep an accurate record of all transactions conducted in the ordinary course of his business. Such records shall be available for the examination of the director, or his duly authorized representative, in respect to a market charter issued under the provisions of this act.
