Idaho Code § 25-149 — Keeping Of Diseased Sheep — Liability Of Owners.

TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 1 CONTROL OF SHEEP DISEASES 25-149. Keeping of diseased sheep — Liability of owners. Any person, firm or corporation owning or keeping sheep known by him to be diseased or exposed to any contagious, infectious or communicable disease shall immediately report said disease to the board and comply with the rules, regulations and orders of said board and in the event of his failure so to do he shall be liable in the full amount of damage occasioned to other sheep owners or holders to whose sheep such disease has been communicated or which have contracted or become infected with any such disease from such diseased or exposed sheep.
