Idaho Code § 25-148 — Importation Of Sheep — Notice Of Intention.

TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 1 CONTROL OF SHEEP DISEASES 25-148. Importation of sheep — Notice of intention. When an owner or person in charge of sheep desires to bring such sheep into this state from an adjoining state or territory, he shall notify the board or its agent, in writing, or by telephone or by facsimile, of such intention before entering the state, stating the time and place where such sheep shall enter; provided, however, that no notice will be required when sheep are in transit through the state, except sheep from a known infected area shall only be admitted in accordance with the rules of the board.
