Idaho Code § 25-141E — Indemnity Payments Restricted.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 1 CONTROL OF SHEEP DISEASES 25-141E. Indemnity payments restricted. Indemnity shall only be paid to an owner of sheep or goats for any animals or herds diagnosed to be infected with or exposed to scrapie or any other contagious, infectious or communicable disease, as determined by the board, for sheep or goats born in Idaho or sheep or goats imported in compliance with existing Idaho statutes or rules promulgated pursuant thereto.
