Idaho Code § 25-139 — Attachment Of Property.

TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 1 CONTROL OF SHEEP DISEASES 25-139. Attachment of property. Whenever it shall be necessary in the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter for the board or any of its inspectors to take charge of any sheep, corral, building or other place, demand therefor shall be made upon the owner or person in charge thereof; in event of refusal of said owner or person in charge of said sheep, corral, building or place, said board or any inspector may have said sheep, corral, building or place seized and held by writ of attachment to issue in the same manner as provided by the general laws of this state; provided, that action shall be brought in the name of the state of Idaho and no bond on attachment be required.
