Idaho Code § 25-136 — Appropriation For Salary And Expenses.

TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 1 CONTROL OF SHEEP DISEASES 25-136. Appropriation for salary and expenses. The salaries, expenses and maintenance of the said board and all other salaries and expenses not otherwise provided for, not heretofore provided for in this act, shall be paid out of the Idaho sheep and goat health account. The legislature may each year set aside from the total appropriation which it shall make for the care, handling, inspection and protection and eradication of disease of livestock in the state, that proportion of the total amount which the value of the sheep and goats in the state of Idaho bears to the value of other livestock in the state as determined by the director of the department of agriculture.
