Idaho Code § 25-134 — Entrance Into State By Federal Authorities.

TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 1 CONTROL OF SHEEP DISEASES 25-134. Entrance into state by federal authorities. The board is authorized to give its consent that the bureau of animal industry of the United States and its employees shall come within the state of Idaho for the purposes connected with the exportation of diseased sheep and for the suppression and extirpation of any contagious, infectious or communicable disease among sheep.
