Idaho Code § 25-126 — Creation Of Board.

TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 1 CONTROL OF SHEEP DISEASES 25-126. Creation of board. The Idaho sheep and goat health board is hereby created within the department of agriculture, but its officers and employees shall not be subject to the administrative control of the director of the department of agriculture. The administrative officers and employees of the board shall be nonclassified employees. The board may contract with the director of the department of agriculture for administrative and/or veterinary services.
