Idaho Code § 25-1110 — Brand Board To Make Rules And Regulations.

TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 11 STATE BRAND BOARD 25-1110. Brand board to make rules and regulations. The state brand board shall be responsible for the promulgation, implementation and enforcement of all rules and regulations as adopted by the state brand board to implement and administer the requirements of this chapter. The state brand inspector shall be responsible to the state brand board for the enforcement of all rules and regulations as adopted by the state brand board. All rule making proceedings and hearings of the board shall be governed by the provisions of chapter 52, title 67 , Idaho Code.
