Idaho Code § 25-1107 — Duties Of Inspector.
TITLE 25 ANIMALS CHAPTER 11 STATE BRAND BOARD 25-1107. Duties of inspector. The state brand inspector shall cooperate with the Idaho state department of agriculture, insofar as the administration and enforcement of the Packers and Stockyards Act of 1921 and all amendments thereto, and shall provide all brand inspections required insofar as said inspections are for the purpose of determination of ownership of livestock.
