Idaho Code § 23-926 — Destruction Of Stamps — Sanitary Requirements.

TITLE 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CHAPTER 9 RETAIL SALE OF LIQUOR BY THE DRINK 23-926. Destruction of stamps — Sanitary requirements. It shall be the duty of any licensee hereunder immediately upon emptying any liquor container to deface, so that the same may not again be used, all government or state stamps or labels. Any licensed premises shall be maintained in sanitary condition according to the requirements of chapter 16, title 39 , Idaho Code, and any city ordinances pertaining thereto.
