Idaho Code § 23-903A — License To Retail Liquor — Ski Resorts — Cross-Country Skiing Facilities.

TITLE 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CHAPTER 9 RETAIL SALE OF LIQUOR BY THE DRINK 23-903a. License to retail liquor — Ski resorts — Cross-country skiing facilities. If the director determines that an applicant or applicants are qualified to receive a ski resort or cross-country skiing facility license, he shall notify the chairman of the board of county commissioners in the county in which the ski resort or cross-country skiing facility license is to be issued. The county commissioners shall, within fifteen (15) days after receipt of notification from the director, approve or disapprove the issuance of the license. In the event the county commissioners do not approve the proposed license, a license shall not be issued.
