Idaho Code § 23-803 — Attorney General May Act As Prosecutor.

TITLE 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CHAPTER 8 ENFORCEMENT OF PENAL AND ABATEMENT PROVISIONS OF IDAHO LIQUOR ACT 23-803. Attorney general may act as prosecutor. The attorney general shall, in every county in the state, have the same powers as the prosecuting attorney thereof with respect to the prosecution of criminal actions and abatement proceedings under this act.
