Idaho Code § 23-516 — Automatic Voiding Of Permits.

TITLE 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CHAPTER 5 PERMITS AND LICENSES 23-516. Automatic voiding of permits. Whenever a permittee has been convicted by any court of any violation of the provisions of this act or of any crime in which the handling or use of intoxicating liquor was a contributing factor, such conviction ipso facto shall operate to void the permit of such person so convicted and any and all privileges thereunder.
