Idaho Code § 23-509 — Manufacturers And Wholesalers Not To Give Liquor Away.

TITLE 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CHAPTER 5 PERMITS AND LICENSES 23-509. Manufacturers and wholesalers not to give liquor away. No manufacturer, wholesaler, or distributor shall give away any alcoholic liquor of any kind at any time in connection with his business, except for testing or sampling purposes only.
