Idaho Code § 23-506 — Permissive Uses Subject To Regulation.
TITLE 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CHAPTER 5 PERMITS AND LICENSES 23-506. Permissive uses subject to regulation. Any person shall have the privilege of the permissive uses hereinbefore referred to in this article without payment of fee, subject to such reasonable general regulations as the division may promulgate for the purpose of preventing any abuses of the privileges thereby permitted.
