Idaho Code § 23-306 — General Conduct And Management.
TITLE 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CHAPTER 3 LOCAL LIQUOR STORES AND DISTRIBUTING STATIONS 23-306. General conduct and management. In the conduct and management of liquor stores and distributing stations, special distributors shall be subject to the provisions of this act and the rules and regulations of the division.
