Idaho Code § 23-214 — Officers And Employees Not Personally Liable.
TITLE 23 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CHAPTER 2 STATE LIQUOR DIVISION 23-214. Officers and employees not personally liable. Neither the director nor any of the officers or employees of the division shall be liable for damages sustained by any person because of any act done in the performance of their respective duties under this act.
